Milestone Achievement at WUSH! 🎉
Today marks a historic moment for WUSH as we successfully performed our first-ever gynecologic oncology surgeries for ovarian and endometrial cancer. This is a groundbreaking advancement and a proud step forward in the fight against women’s cancers within our institution.
In parallel with this achievement, we’ve also established a medical oncology service, with a dedicated setup for chemotherapy delivery — a critical component in comprehensive cancer care. This integration brings us closer to offering full-spectrum, multidisciplinary treatment for gynecologic cancer patients.
